I have Plantar Fasciitis and my feet are in constant pain. I use this massager at night before I go to bed to help them calm down. I will sometimes use it during the day. It feels so amazing. When my kids and grandkids come over, they fight over who’s going to use it first. Our whole family loves it. I love that it has so many different massage settings. My feet and calves are numb, really numb. Received this yesterday, after using first time about 20, my feet felt so much better and less numb, last night used again 20 minutes, first time had it up to 13 before I could feel it, second time 11.
